You've placed an order, the sun is shining and the sewing gods are singing - now what? 😊 Our team will carefully package and ship your order within 3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Our production and fulfillment space is in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. We ship using USPS, UPS, Canada Post and Intelcom.

For sure. Write the note 'LOCAL' in your cart and we'll refund shipping once your order is packed (no coupon code needed). We'll also send you an email with our address and pickup instructions. Our pickup location is near the Boardwalk in Waterloo, Ontario.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and location at checkout before you pay. We use live shipping rates provided by our integration with Canada Post, UPS and Intelcom. Please note that UPS and Intelcom do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

We’ve temporarily paused shipping to the U.S. If you’re in the U.S. and would still like to place an order, just send us an email at orders@zippervalley.com – we'll be happy to chat through possible shipping options with you. Thank you so much for your patience and support. 💖 We’re hopeful we can start shipping to the U.S. again soon!

For Canadian Orders: All parcels shipped via Canada Post Expedited include $100 insurance coverage. Canada Post Oversized Lettermail, UPS, and Intercom parcels are not insured. This covers the loss or damage of your package while it's in transit. If you’d like additional coverage, please contact us at help@zippervalley.com.

Great question! Right now, we ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 🌍 We hope to expand to more countries in the future, stay tuned!

These Things Are Good To Know

  • Canada Post, USPS and other couriers guidelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Canada Post does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.
  • We're not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
  • If your order is returned because of an incorrect mailing address or incorrect shipping method, you will need to purchase a new shipping label. Once the postage has been paid, we will resend the package.
