Our production and fulfillment space is in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. That said, we ship to the USA with USPS (First Class & Priority Mail) and DHL.

Shipping in Canada

Tracked flat rate shipping is $10.95 CAD in Ontario & Quebec and $14.95 CAD for the rest of Canada.

All tracked parcels include a $100 insurance coverage. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage.

Shipping to the USA

Tracked shipping rates start at $7.95 CAD (approx. $6.50 US) and DHL Expedited is $25.95 (approx. $20 US). *Please note that DHL does not accept P.O. box addresses.

All parcels shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, DHL and Fedex include a $100 insurance coverage. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage. *USPS First Class Mail parcels are not insured.

We're sorry! At this time we don't offer international shipping but hopefully in the future. 

Things you need to know...

- Canada Post and other couriers guidelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

- Canada Post does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.

- We're not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

- If your order is returned because of an incorrect mailing address, you will need to purchase a new shipping label (even if you received free shipping). Once the postage has been paid, we will resend the package.
