Our production and fulfillment space is in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We ship across Canada and the USA using Canada Post, USPS, UPS and DHL.

Shipping in Canada

Tracked flat rate shipping is $11.50 CAD in Ontario & Quebec, $15.50 CAD in AB, BC, MB, NB, NL and NS, and $16.95 for Northern Territories.

All tracked parcels include a $100 insurance coverage. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage.

Shipping to the USA

Tracked shipping rates start at $7.95 CAD (approx. $6.50 US). *Please note that DHL, UPS and Fedex do NOT accept P.O. box addresses.

All parcels shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, DHL and Fedex include a $100 insurance coverage. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage. *USPS First Class Mail parcels are not insured.

We're sorry! At this time we don't offer international shipping but hopefully in the future. 

Things you need to know...

- Canada Post and other couriers guidelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

- Canada Post does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.

- We're not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

- If your order is returned because of an incorrect mailing address, you will need to purchase a new shipping label (even if you received free shipping). Once the postage has been paid, we will resend the package.
