Our production and fulfillment space is in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. We ship across Canada and the USA using Canada Post, USPS, UPS and DHL.

Shipping in Canada

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and location at checkout before you pay. We use live shipping rates provided by our integration with Canada Post & UPS. *Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

All parcels shipped via Canada Post Expedited & Priority Mail include $100 insurance coverage. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage. Canada Post Oversized Lettermail and UPS parcels are not insured.

Shipping to the USA

USPS tracked shipping rates start at $6.50 US. You will be able to see your shipping rate before you pay. We also use live shipping rates provided by our integration with DHL & UPS. *Please note that DHL & UPS do not deliver P.O. Box addresses.

All parcels shipped via USPS Priority Mail include $100 insurance coverage. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage. *USPS First Class Mail, Economy Ground, DHL & UPS parcels are not insured.

Shipping Worldwide

Yay! We're currently shipping to Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom. Delivery times and rates vary based on your shipping method and location. 

Things you need to know...

- Canada Post and other couriers guidelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

- Canada Post does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.

- We're not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

- If your order is returned because of an incorrect mailing address, you will need to purchase a new shipping label. Once the postage has been paid, we will resend the package.
