When do you reach for sew-in foam?
When fusible isn't an option.
Some of our favourite fabrics – like our bonded poly-nylon DayFlex – don't play well with heat. Fusible interfacing needs an iron to bond, and that heat can disrupt the integrity of technical and coated fabrics. Sew-in foam skips the heat entirely. It's stitched in place between your fabric layers, so your fabric stays exactly as it should be – no bubbling, no warping, no drama.

Two tips before you start:
- Trim it down – cut your stabilizer ¼" smaller than your fabric on all sides to keep edges clean.
- Got shipping wrinkles? Use your iron on a warm steam setting with a pressing cloth over top. Never iron directly onto the foam.

These fees are automatically determined using each product’s country of origin and HS code, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
