This is how you get that quilted look without losing your mind.
This Camelot Cloudfill Fleece is a one-sided fusible fleece batting that irons directly onto your fabric. Just press it on, let the heat do its thing, and your fleece is bonded, locked in, and ready to sew. That's it. No pinning, no basting, no spray adhesive, no wrestling with layers mid-project.
Here's why you'll love it:
- Soft, lofty padding – adds body and that pillowy quilted finish without stiffness or bulk
- Holds everything in place – fabric and fleece stay perfectly aligned while you sew, no shifting
- Quilts beautifully – stitch through the layers once fused for a polished, dimensional finish
- Works on your domestic machine – no special equipment needed
- Washer & dryer safe – machine wash up to 40°C / 104°F, low tumble dry
- Comparable to Pellon 971F – a trusted equivalent if that's what you've been working with
💡 Cloudfill Fusible, Cloudfill Sew-In, or FoamPro – which one do you need?
All three add padding and body to your bags, but they work differently and give different results:
- Cloudfill Fusible – irons on with heat, bonds permanently to your fabric. Best for cotton and natural fabrics. Fastest to apply. Great for quilted bags, pouches, and projects where you want the fleece locked in place before you start sewing
- Cloudfill Sew-In – no heat, no adhesive. Stitched in place instead. Best for coated, technical, or heat-sensitive fabrics like our bonded DayFlex and water-resistant canvas. Gives you more control over drape and placement
- FoamPro Sew-In – also no heat, no adhesive. This is what you reach for when you want a bag that stands up on its own and holds its form all day. Think architecture, not squish.

Three tips before you start:
- Trim it down – cut your stabilizer ¼" smaller than your fabric on all sides to keep edges clean.

When ironing – always place a pressing cloth on the back side when fusing and set your iron to a medium/high cotton setting. A little steam goes a long way here – don't skip it.
