All orders ship from Kitchener, Ontario.
Canadian Orders: Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 1-10 business days depending on your location. We offer Canada Post, UPS, Intelcom and Purolator options.
United States Orders: Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 1-10 business days depending on your location. Duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout based on current U.S. duty and tax rates. These fees are automatically determined using each product’s country of origin and HS code, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
Do you ship internationally? Great question! At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We hope to ship abroad in the future!
